They pay you 75% of CPM (what the advertisers pay them) for the ads you view. You get paid for your referrals as follows. 1 generation 5%, 2 gen 4%, 3 gen 2%, 4 gen 2%, 5 gen 1%, 6 gen 1%. You will be paid bi-monthly by check when your account exceeds $50. Any unpaid amounts will be carried forward to the next month. You will be able to check your account balance an number of referrals. One nice thing is that you don't have to be online equal or more than your referrals like some of the other programs. In other words if you are online 10 hours and your referrals are online 40 hours you will get the referral payments based on there 40 hours online.
